My nephew is part of that unit, and just returned last night.

Gentlemen,
On behalf of the entire unit, I would like to thank you guys, the town of Farmville, and the citizens of Prince Edward and surrounding counties for the support while we've been away. I was amazed at the shindig people put together and I was impressed and touched at the turnout. The streets seemed as packed as I've ever seen them, as if it were another Christmas Parade. All the guys are happy to be home with their families and proud to have served you guys and our fellow countrymen for the past year. A special thanks to the Prince Edward Volunteer Rescue Squad and the Farmville and Hampden-Sydney Fire Departments for their presence at the gathering and for their support to my family while I was away.
