I know this has to have been covered before but I am slow.  Is it legal for a VA resident to buy (or sell) a rifle to someone in a bordering state?  The only law that I can find speaks of Deal and Collector Lic. holders only.

BTW Is it me or is the gun market slow lately?  Or is it just the economy in general?

Simply because different states have different laws, I refuse to chance it.

Unless the person you are selling to is a resident of Virginia like you are, you MUST go through an FFL. No exceptions.
