Looking for some property local to NoVa to hunt on this season.  Willing to lease the rights, provided the rate isn't too steep.  I have on buddy in Pr. William where we are gonna bow hunt on his 15 acres...but am looking for some rifle and shotgun territory as well.   I belong to a club in southern VA...but am looking for a place to spend a few evenings when I can sneak out of the office early.
