Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anybody in NoVA perm. attach flash hiders?

I just got ahold of a lightly used 14.5" CMMG Mod4 barrel.  I need to get a Phantom installed so I'm legal.  Anybody in NoVA do this or should I just spend the 30 something dollars and send it to ADCO?  Thanks for the help.  MJD

I could do it for you but when is the question, easy to do it just takes me a few weeks to get around to new projects since work has been the Twilight Zone.
