So I called the WV State Police today to ask if my non-res VA CCW was valid in WV. I've checked the web site many times, but it always says "they're looking into it". When I called up the legal division today the lady I spoke to said a ruling had recently been made and WV will NOT honor the VA non-res permit. Too bad for me.
 Guess I should just move to VA and get the res permit. |

Same boat I'm in. I had hoped that I could make use of the non-residentail permit for when I go to my land over in WV

I have a condo in Ashburn that you can buy in late December......  Bummer about WV not recognizing the non-resident permit though..... I'm moving to WV myself in JAN. |
