I am almost done with the paper work and need his contact info to get the ball rolling. And what di you guys put in the section says 'State why you intend to make a firearm'?

Easiest way is to take it to the Fairfax County Courthouse and hand it into someone from the Sheriff's office. Attn: Lt Tracy. Or you can mail it to the address of the Office of the Sheriff. With attn: Tracy.

Go to the Ffx Co Court House. Ask the security guards to direct you to internal affairs. Drop it off with the ladies there in an enveloped labeled Lt Tracy
