FOUND A HOME FOR MOLLY THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, and gals!

My wife and I both have just gotten spontanious orders, she (we) are getting transfered to Hawaii for the next 3 1/2-4 years and I have to go back to Iraq starting in Mid Sept.  My wife has to move our house and 8 month old baby there by herself and she cant handle the dog as well...plus it would cost to much.

So we are looking for a GOOD HOME for our Dog Molly! If you or someone you know would like to have her please let me know ASAP!  She has all her shots updated and has health certs (due to planning on takeing her)

She is... from what we have been told: 3 yrs old Tennessee Treeing Brindle (hound) and may have like 5% if that Pit in her.  She is a great watch dog!  beautiful colors!

She comes with all her leashes, food bowls, bed, all her favorite toys,  Vet records,  heart guard and flea/tick prevention meds.   She is very healthy and has no medical problems.

Please IM, Email or call if interested!  we are not selling we are giving her away...no time to deal with the hassle

Dog's have to go thru a 60, 90 or 120 day quarantine when entering Hawaii - I forget which.  It's really not the greatest thing for an animal.  There are no rabies on the islands and they don't want to start now...

How big of a house do you guys live in now?  I assume at 3.5, she's house broken?
I have been looking for a dog lately...

Of course she is housebroken.  We have a 3 bedroom 3 bath cape cod with a nice backyard that is fenced and she loves to run around and chase animals.  In California, we had a very small 2 bedroom condo and no backyard and took her for walks, so she is fine either way, but definitely prefers a backyard.

Does she get along with other dogs? I have two males. I live on a large farm in Orange and may be interested if she gets along with my boys. If you make back to the area, I would be willing to let you take her back. I am former military.

If you can't find anything, either contact Lost Dog Rescue, or Roxies Fund.

It's where we got our 2 dogs, and BOTH are great organizations.

She's beautiful, I'd take her but it wouldn't help my current marital issues

I passed this thread on to my folks (my Father is retired Navy) who are big dog people. They currently have 3 dogs (Rhodesian Ridgeback, Dalmation, and Corgi/Beagle mix), in a big house on about .5 acres in Haymarket. I don't know if they want another one but they know many people in the rescue community who may know of someone looking for a doggie like your Molly.
