I will be receiving all the stuff for my M4gery sometime next week, and need to find a place to do a permanent FH pinning. Does anyone know where I could send my upper to, or take it to to have this done. I'd like to send it somewhere with a decent turnaround time.

"If" you reside in Virginia the pinning is not required unless the OAL of the barrel is less than 16"

The barrel is a 14.5 and it has a phantom 5c2 on it. I thought OAL was barrel only not with flashhider.

Still lookin for a place to do it.
