I saw one of those pen knives... looks like a regular "Crossman" or "Parker" style business pen (and it writes), but it has a blade inside which is drawn by pulling the pen apart. Are these legal in VA?

I have seen these, I thought they were considered by some to be a conceled weapon.

The law for VA says something about if the true nature of the knife is disguised it's considered a concealed weapon. Even if it's sticking out of your shirt pocket. check with the VA state police web site. C.Y.A.
