As an offshoot of the .22lr suppressor group buy that Ed is proposing, John of Dane MFG and myself (Steve - Hallmark Small Arms) have offered to host a suppressor demonstration.

Some Details.

Location: John's shop, which is about an hour west of Richmond. Nice easy drive, I suggest carpooling, I can lead a group of those interested out from Richmond.
Date: TBD
Fun Factor: Very High!

hmm. that's a bit of a drive for me. Nonetheless i may make it. I'll be in pat rogers carbine class on the 21st so that weekends definately out.

I'm in depending on date. I already have a gemtech waiting on my paperwork to return but I'd like to get as much info as possible.

It definitely has my interest. It's a bit of a drive, but hopefully I can catch a carpool or something.

Ive got some sub-9mm and .223 laying around. It would be nice to see Bo err I mean John again.

Just depends on the date, cant do 3rd weekends of the month.

It would if time was set aside to for a demo and it was a set in stone without exception.

John and I had scheduled to do a suppressor demo at the the last BRD but the 3 gun shoot ran so long we didn't get to do it. Get the BRD organizer to schedule a suppressor demo and maybe we can do it then.

I will be one of two folks running the rifle range.....we should be starting the rifle competition promptly at 10am or thereabout......

Can you do the demo on the rifle range? I can call a ceasefire at 1pm and we can go "quiet".....

I'm sure Anthony would be OK with this.

When I talked to John on the phone the other night I suggested that we could do this at the BRD. I have changed how some of the things are going to run so there will be more time for other activities. The 3-gun match will end no later then 1pm, and the pistol range will be open for general shooting. We can schedule the time from 1 untill 4:30. Once we set the time, it will be set in stone.

Steve, I'll give you and John a call so we can work out the details.

Both Steve and I ARE dealers! If you guys are going to get another non board member dealer to do a group buy that's cool but you need to let me know so I don't waste my time going to the BRD to demo suppressors that will not be bought from me but another dealer. John

I'm not sure who invited who to the party, but my intention was to get firsthand information from dealers who participated on these boards.
