OK, I'm wanting to shoot my first service rifle match in Southern Illinois.  Does anyone know of any ranges where they are shooting service matches?

What type of match?  I'm not in the scene, is there a specific "Service Rifle Match" or are you just talking about any match where service rifles are used?

I know of a club that had a few different rifle matches the past year.  However, unless they have expanded their range, they have a 100yd max distance, so it may not be what you are looking for.

 Check out the schedule. There are a few ranges in your AO that run service rifle matches. Taylorville is scheduled for 8 AUG and 12 SEP. and Barry is scheduled for 14 and 15 AUG after Camp Perry gets done.
