Eh...it would at least pay for some new toys.  But yes I agree, they should do time. I just cant imagine that something crooked is going on in Chicago! |

+100, If a citizen would be sentenced to 15 years, these guys should get at least 30. They definitely gave law enforcement officers a black eye.

Absolutely NOBODY without a lengthy criminal record and having already done many years in prison would get anything close to 15 years for a simple theft of $31K of unattended cash. Maybe 2-3 yrs. at most (more likely less than 1yr and/or a couple yrs. probation) and a reimbursement order, if the cash wasn't already recovered, which in this case I believe it was. |

If some mutt would get 2-3 years, the dirty cops should get 5-6 years. Police officers should be livid about incidents like this.
