With face to face transfers;

1.  Besides the info stated on the back of our FOID cards, is there any other info we need to provide?

2.  Waiting period waived?

3.  Anything else I should know?

Planning on a transfer from another board member....

Waiting period is in full effect, and if it's done at a gunshow, you must use an FFL.

So the waiting period starts when the sale is agreed upon, not when money is exchanged?

ie: a buyer and seller could agree to a sale on the phone, wait 24/72hrs and then meet to exchange $ for a firearn?

Yep. Same as when I buy a gun at a store and they write it up, then I pay when I pick it up.
