Today we worked on HB4132. We should see this bill in committee on Thursday (tomorrow, 1/26/2006). We will be testifying against the bill. We will have to see what happens and take it from there.

There is a tremendous amount of pressure being put on the legislature by the Daley/Blago axis to pass HB2414. I would like everyone to write their legislators over the weekend stating they are opposed to HB2414. It is important that we keep the pressure as high as possible. Send the post cards or letters to their Springfield offices.

Good info from the ISRA...guys, make sure you mail, fax, and call your reps to let them know what you think about this latest infringement attempt on our rights. Let's not end up like CA, NJ, or NY...or worse. The time to stand up is now.
