There aren't any anywhere near Crawford County. You should probably ask this question on the Indiana forum since the closest one will probably be Indy.

We're not gunsmiths by any means but, my Father-in-law and I like to tinker a little with our 1911's. What kind of work do you need done? We're in Wabash Co.

Thanks guys. There used to be a good one in Cayuga (sp?) but I haven't spoken to him in years. The minor fitting I can do, but I need Novak sight cuts and bobbed hammer.

I belong to the Eastern Illinois Sportsmans Club in Porterville. They have a pistol and rifle range, kind of primative, but it's a place to shoot.

I thought you were looking for gunsmiths in SOuthern Illinois. Southern Illinois starts south of I-64

Thats funny, seems like most people believe SOUTHERN Illinois starts south of I-80.  just busting you balls a bit.

I live 2 blocks north of the I-80 border, so I'm technically a northerner, but damned if my heart don't belong to the south. PS: we need a smiley with a cowboy hat.
