Most of them will do them. not cheap though. I use John Birch, because I know his fee goes to fight the good fight.

yeah i have a guy does transfers, hes in park forest. if you ever went to the kankakee or will county gun shows hes with the rock river arms table

My FFL is in Plainfield. I recommend him. And he's very reasonable. He charges me $10. I know his rates have gone up for new customers, but he should still be affordable.
