Going to Vegas on Wednesday and I have a few questions. First, I thought I read in one of the Shot show threads that some casino's had installed metal detectors and that you couldn't take guns into your room (I have my AZ CCW, and it's valid in NV.... at least it was). Was this true and is it still in effect? We are staying at the Rio (Ya I know, but I got a Marde Gras Suite for next to nothing, and the strip is just to fucking crowded for me). Also, and good gun stores I need to visit? Hopefully one with regular high ammo prices and not the stupid high one's I posted about in GD this afternoon. Lastly, any good military surplus stores in town?

Hahn's surplus is worth a look for sure.
