So my back wall has been lifted up by a tree root, I have a contractor to deal with the root, but he doesn't repair walls. Basically, I need someone to remove a section of the wall (interlocking concrete sections between concrete posts) and one post, then return a couple days later to put everything back. I had a guy who came highly recommended, but he is a total flake and hasn't gotten me a quote in more than 2 weeks, just keeps saying "sorry, I forgot". Thanks in advance guys.
