I recently was paying my respects to an old friend and saw the City of Las Vegas has erected throughout the grounds signs that list conduct and items prohibited in the cemetery to include no firearms allowed. Dose this policy violate the State’s Preemption Law?  Is this property considered a prohibitive place?  Thanks.

NRS must be cited on sign to mean anything.  But they can ask you to eave for any reason.  Always conceal.

Just saw owned by City of Las Vegas.  So NRS must me cited on no guns sign.
