Well that turned out just like we expected it would. Shitsack signed it with a smile.

How the f are they planning on enforcing this ex post facto legislation? How long before it ends up in court?

They could try the New Jersey tactic and sue companies that make the kits for their records to identify NV residents who purchased said items.  I'm not sure they will get any cooperation from the rural counties but I'm sure Clark and Washoe will participate.

^ This   I've never been a huge evil black rifle guy but things are getting to the point I'm seriously thinking of sinking money into some "spare parts".  Can I still buy those "spare parts"?  If I do, will they become illegal when this crap goes into effect?

Yeah, that's the problem, it retroactively makes everything that's already owned illegal.

So with a stroke of a pen he made lots of people felons, and destroyed a Nevada based business, and I’m assuming killed  a bunch of jobs too. What a cocksucker...

I just read about this. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I signed up to be a plaintiff and donated a few bucks to the cause.

Where does one sign up and donate?

This seems to pretty much eliminate bringing any of my rifles or pistols into the state.

Please correct me if my interpretation is incorrect, but there doesn't even seem to be a provision for ADDING a serial number to an existing firearm.

A federally licensed manufacturer or importer issued serial number is required.

Good luck getting one to take on the liability or claiming they manufactured it.

I'm hoping to get some type of liability waiver that an SOT would be comfortable with.

California issues serial numbers for home made guns there.  Nevada has no such provision.  The state is requiring me to destroy thousands of dollars worth of my lawfully obtained property without compensation.

That's the way I read it.

Sigh...
