There is only one part that needs to be opposed. The expansion of the domestic violence prohibited person crimes. You need to think about how you respond and actually support the rest of the bill.

Why support it? Because it MUST be fixed. The NV Supreme Court said that DV cases must have an option for a jury trial. This is the local government's option to control how the jury process goes and accommodate the jury requirement.

This most likely will go forward. Much easier to edit it in committee, rather than fight it later.
