The Section 8'ers are coming out of hibernation. Here come the shopping carts. Ready your angle grinders, I found last year that Republic Services takes carts and throws them away as long as they fit in the trash cans. Check with the local store managers. The carts cost a fair amount and they have services that will go round them up.

I screwed up and went shopping at Winco Friday evening. I saw things no decent man should've seen.
 There were others there who shared my plight, it was apparent by the  look on their faces.
