Is there a good smith in Vegas/Henderson area that can do some good work on precision bolt gun? I am looking for someone local that comes highly recommended to install a Badger M5 on my remmy 700.

We can do it also, depending on what area of town your in. If you're closer to Hendo, we recomend Matt Baab also.
