The event happened last May. The lawsuit was filed less than two weeks ago, and a story was published yesterday. This subject does bear repeating, and is still a good lesson learned, especially for those of us that CCW. Everything isn't as it seems, whether it be a stupid security check like this, an undercover cop dressed as a dirtbag holding another at gun point, or a sleeper agent at a bank during a heist. Info gathering is critical prior to you grabbing your gun and using it.
