Little brother just bought a property at the west end of Vegas. The house is prepped for propane, but there is no tank, and he needs to put have one in.

If you could point me in the right direction that would be great.

Don't qoute me on this but I think the Propane supplier installs them on your property.

You can rent them from any of the major propane suppliers like Amerigas.....or you can try and find a used one to buy.
You can also buy them from the major propane dealers....they aren't cheap.

The downside to owning is if the tank leaks etc. you pay to have the propane company come pump the tank empty.
Pay for the repair.   And pay for the refill......in addition to the cost of the propane.

If the tank leaks and it's rented you usually can get the cost of some of the propane rebated and the tank is repaired
by them.

You also have to pay for the pressure testing if you own the tank. You are better off having the supplier install their tank and then if you have a problem with the tank they have to deal with it.
