I have this can of 7.62x54r who the hell do I open it? Cn Opener or Grinder?

The sealed tin has been a condrum for many years. One should give this much thought.  I would suggest a hammer and a screw driver.  The rest is up to you.

Look on the bottom of the can. Usually, taped with off-brown strapping tape is a flat bit of metal with a hook on one end. This is the tin opener. Perhaps you could like, have used that to open the can, rather than wang on it all night with a chisel.

Just a suggestion, dogg.
