What are the rules and regulations in Nevada on using and owning full auto and or suppressed weapons? I assume that you have to have a class III, is that obtainable in Nevada as a non-LE individual?

As long as you comply with the federal NFA rules, you are good to go in Nevada.   That applies to all categories of Class 3 toys.  As a non-LEO Nevada resident, I own a NFA Registered machine gun and a NFA Registered destructive device.

Is it as simple as registering, give some $ and that’s it?

You also have to get your local CLEO to sign off on the purchase. I understand that here in Henderson, they have no problem with it.
