Happy Thanksgiving!

Dear Bob,

As you are aware, we were not able to get a bill passed during our last
legislative session to issue a specialty license plate in honor of the 2nd
Amendment.

The main reason was due to lack of support for any new specialty license
plates by the Leadership in the Assembly. Speaker Perkins introduced a bill,
(AB 378) which passed to form a Commission for Special License Plates. This
committee was created to approve or disapprove any new specialty license
plates proposed. I am on this commission along with four other legislators.
I have heard that we will be having only two meetings.

We now have the opportunity to propose a specialty license plate prior to
these meetings in honor of the 2nd Amendment. I hope to be able to introduce
this plate again at this time. One of the requirements is to have a proposed
design, which we do have, to meet the DMV's requirement as required in
Assembly Bill 378 of our 2003 session.

We also MUST have names and signatures of at least 1000 persons who would
buy one set of plates before they will accept our application. (If you would
like more than one set of plates, please note on form).

Therefore, I am asking for your help and support to gather these needed
names and signatures.  Please print the form below and acquire as many names
as possible.

is a pdf file.  DO NOT USE PAGE ONE OF THE FORM. I will be submitting page
one of this form with all of the names and signatures collected.

There is room for 20 persons to sign up on each form. If people would print
out these forms from the DMV web site, ASAP, and take them to there friends
and relatives who are interested in owning one of these 2nd Amendment
License Plates, I could present these at our meeting. (Date and time has not
yet been set).

Sooooo, is there a "design" yet????
If not, how or where is one submitted??

Probably the same design as last time, it looked really good. I already have Joe from Line of Fire that is gonna put a sign up sheet in Center Mass and the gun shop at Lake Mead and Decatur.

Trying to fax 2 signatures but the damn line is busy over and over.
