The deceased gentleman in question was a convicted murderer and deemed insane by the State of California. The dispatch operator who handled the call is an AR15.commer, although I won't post her name without her permission.
The homeowner has the support of the DA, the Sherrif, and best of all , the community.
Lesson: That kind of shit may fly in Californistan, but try it here and we are gonna be cleaning you out of our carpets.
