Narrow majority issued opinion congruent with the obvious language of the law: Governor Gau and her spokesperson Tony-Something overstepped their authority. Well, no shit!
Prepare for more county & local overreach in 3, 2, 1... None of this matters as we are in full-on clown world at this point. I, for one, welcome our new socialist overlords.

Now we can sit back and see which cities and towns are infested with political douche bags. I'm hoping most will just let it go and get back to something that resembles normal. We're still in FL and here there are a few stores that still have the mask required signs up, but once you get inside, very few are wearing them. Even the employees have them dangling around their neck. I just walk in without one along with all the others. No problem. The restaurants are pretty much maskless - except the poor employees.

We're done with the mask BS here in Waukesha. Plenty of bars and (non-chain) restaurants where the employees don't even wear them, and they're the busiest especially in the Lake Country area. Even the places that still have signs up, it's just nothing more than a dog and pony show and routinely ignored. Now the City of Milwaukee, that's another story. They're even hiring snitches to sit in a bar or restaurant to document people leaving their table without a mask to go to the bathroom. One of our accounts just got hit with a $10K fine for repeated offenses of that. The City of Milwaukee wants to put businesses out of business.

Our system has failed us. Five months to issue an opinion on whether or not the plain language of the law means what it says; I'm in disbelief that they ruled correctly. Can we just get to FO time already? I want my nieces and nephews to live under the rule of law. |

I saw my first double masker in Greenfield the other day. I also had a lady get pissy with me at a convenience store for "cutting in line" in front of her. She was standing by the door talking on her phone, a good 15 feet from the customer at the counter. I guess she expected me to wait outside the store or something.

Eau Claire proudly has a mask ordnance. All the local sheep are following along just like nothing happened. Masks everywhere, in the car, store or even walking the dog outside.
Well I've had enough and will continue to NOT wear a fricken diaper. You don't like it stay the "F" away. Done playing their little game. |

Good news today. The Kwik Trip in West Allis has removed the mask signs on the doors (still one in the window, probably an oversight) and the social distance stickers on the floor. The staff and most of the customers were still wearing masks, but no one said boo to me. The gal at the counter was friendly as always, perhaps because I was one of the few customers whose smile wasn't hidden behind a muzzle.

I will not wear a mask anywhere anymore at this point. If they require me to have that shit on my kids or my face, I dont do business there unless it literally the only damn place I can get what I need.

Kwik Trips won't give a shit anymore. According to a Kwik Trip group I'm on, the employees are instructed to not do anything.
Some old geezer stopped in the doorway and and asked me something about masks. I said no and walked around him. |
