Maybe in quantity...but definitely not in quality. Take it from me....I work in the food industry, mainly in dairy/cheese processing equipment. I've been to CA cheese plants and had what they call "cheese"....I would consider it low to mid grade hog feed, but not cheese.

Kalifornia has been shipping thier "cheese" by the truck-load to Wisconsin to be packaged as "Made In Wisconsin" and then trucked back to Kalifornia to be sold there for YEARS!!
THATS NO JOKE! I'm in the dairy industry and our milk hauler has not only seen the trucks, but has talked to the drivers and the plant management. I guess "made in Kalifornia" tells the customer way to much! Don't get me started on those "happy cows" they got over there in Kali-land. |

So I grew up in the Fox Valley and am now in the Bay Area, Calif. As far as happy cows go when I first saw the commericals I was appalled. I take pride in Wisconsin cheese and to see these commericals mocking our cows was just wrong. The cheese gots nothing on ours.
