Well I want a whole entry model so I can't help you out there. Did you notice it was listed as LE only? I wonder whats up with that. I didn't expect that. Maybe it's just listed like that for "ban" states??? |

True dat... and you would not be able to get rid of a lower from one without another tax stamp, or put the upper on anything that has not already been transferred as a SBR.  What the heck do you want that little barrel for anyway? Cool factor?

Q: I've already got an AR pistol lower without a short upper, so the two lowers (SBR and Pistol) would be legally interchangable with the short upper. You're absolutely correct about transferring the lower, however I was already planning on submitting a Form 1 in the not-too-distant future. The SBR lower would need to transfer out of my posession on a F4 either way ("created" via F1, or transferred via F4).
