I got my stamped Form 1 back today for a SBR Krinkov. It's for a 5.56 mm Bulgarian kit I'll be building up on a 80% flat. Living in Madison isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be... Whoo Hoo!

You found a really nice silver lining to a really dark cloud.

i'm about to send a form1 in sometime real soon for an SBR myself.
