The two people I know who have told me:
1) ballots sent to the Registrar of Voter's home instead of the county courthouse 2) absentee ballots deemed not to be in their favor discarded instead of being counted. That said, I was pleasantly surprised that Naughty Sunkist Man won in 2016 and 2020 here. |

I did the poll watcher thing for a couple of elections, saw shenanigans, reported them but nothing done, "we don't want to give the impression we are suppressing the vote"
I believe you have to be registered with a party. COGOPe is not really interested in winning, so why waste your time? If you have hypertension issues, don't do it. |

What Dave said. I wasn't a poll watcher, but was fairly active in my local R Party for about 5 years. The state and local Rs keep doing the same sh!t while expecting different results.
