TX and CO have reciprocity, but what about federal land? Concealed yes/no or only for those with valid permit?

Is it legal to carry a weapon in Colorado National Forests?
While visiting National Forests in Colorado, you may carry a weapon. However, in addition to state laws, you must comply with Federal Regulations pertaining to the use of a firearm on National Forest System lands.

Comply with fed regulations, bolded and underlined...and check with specific park/federal forest rules before you go. (Usually open carry is the go to)

Again the ole rule of concealed is concealed and unless the parks have adopted gun sniffing rangers I dont see any issues arising. Outside of the internal conscious.  Enjoy the trip.

I called the Columbine ranger district office and confirmed concealed is good to go provided you have a license, or just open carry is fine too.

Except in national park ranger stations. That's a federal building.
