Big Ben Tactical Rifle and Pueblo Tactical Rifle have joined up to bring you the 2023 State Championship. And... Thunderbeast Arms has again joined up to be the Match Sponsor. 02-03 Sept in Ramah at the Ben Lomand Gun Club. 9 stages. Target distance from 3 yards to 400 yards. You will shoot 6 stages Saturday and 3 stages on Sunday. Set up will start Friday at daybreak. Paper and steel targets with hit factor scoring. Recognized divisions will be Tactical, He-Man, Limited and Open. Absolutely no steel core ammo or bi-metal jacketed ammo. Signup goes live on 01 May 2023. No refunds after 07 August. Only 120 slots avail. We added a stage so we can handle more shooters. Contact Sean or myself with questions. Sean is the Range Master, Justin and Matt are the Assist Match Directors and I am the Match Director. Pay attention to the people that are shooting before you and watch how they use the props/obstacles to their advantage. Then try it. Hope to see you out there. |

I had a few people move from the main match to the wait list for non payment of match fees, so that opened up a few more slots to people on the wait list.
If you want to shoot, sign up and get on the wait list. Chances are that someone will cancel out and you will get a slot. |

Well, we made it. Other than the wind drama, it was a pretty nice day. At the range with friends doing a little shooting.
We cant say enough good things about our match sponsors. Thunderbeast Arms, AccuFire Optics, Traust Bags and Burris Optics. PLEASE send them an email to say thank you so they will do it again next year. Even better, also tell the world how cool they are on their social media pages. Lost and found... If you left a metal water bottle at the range, get in touch with me to claim it. And if you left some ear muffs at the range, get in touch with me to claim it. As a side note, it rained at the range Saturday night. It quickly turned into a mud pit and the range caretaker closed the range Sunday morning.
