anyone know who does engraving on lower in colo spgs? thanks

I had Restr'd LE/Gov't markings engraved on a lower by these guyz:
  Quentin D. Huston & Sons
  3346 N. El Paso (off of Fillmore)
  CS CO
  719-577-4117

I don't think they have an FFL so you have to schedule a time for them to do the work while U wait.

but do they meet the ATF regs for size and depth?

They can do laser or diamond-tip etched engraving.  For specific info, call them.
