Hey fellas, I'm on a non-profit corporation board for a housing organization and we're doing one of our annual fundraisers.   For you guys in Ft. Collins and the surrounding area, and there seem to be a ton of us on this board, this is a nice opportunity to get dressed up with the Mrs. and enjoy some serious good food in an "all you can eat" scenario.

Its called "Taste of the Nation" and the way it works is you get your ticket, show up, and there's a ton of resturaunts and wine/beer providers who all have their "best" stuff out for folks to sample.  You have to pace yourself because there's a lot of food.
