I have a friend who moved to Denver.We would like to know is there an AWB in Denver or the State of Colorado?Thanks

There was one in the city and county of Denver. Because the are a home ruled area the US Constitution does not apply there. Or so they say.

It was repealed by the passage of a State law last year. It is now tied up in appeals.
