Judging by the title of the document, it looks like a statewide standard document.  I also noticed that they require an original signature on the proof of training.  That means anyone who got the "training" prior to this law would have to give up said certificate and not be able to use it elsewhere or for other purposes.  I wonder if that will be strictly enforced.  It doesn't really make sense since a person with their proof being proof of membership in a shooting org. like IPSC/IDPA surely can't give them their original membership card.  Sounds like the application was poorly thought out just like the law.  Karl.

I don't know Karl, it sounded to me like a copy of a hunter education course would be enough. It is unclear at this point if El Paso will accept the same. Reread the "origninal signature" section, this confused me also.
