I've got a Harbor Freight dual drum tumbler some 4" PVC tube and knock out plugs and to go with it.  Comes with like 6 extra belts for it.  I've never broken a single one yet.  

Great for wet tumbling, or rock tumbling if you like that kind of thing.

You can use the tubs that come with it, or make some out of the PVC.  Gotta take it all.

Wet or dry both work good. Don't forget to case lube as well.
