serves them right!I have had to purchase my own family health insurance since I got unemployed. It isn't cheap, in fact it cost as much as my mortgage. I'm fortunate to have savings to float so far. How on earth are unfortunate folks going to pay a mortgage/rent, buy insurance, and if not then pay a penalty? Who the fuck came up with that dumbfuck idea???  |

Still has to go through the appellate courts, then after that the SCOTUS. I wish they would just take it there right now.

Nice to see some logic, but - & not to dampen the celebration - keep in mind that Emanuel got the go-ahead from IL SC to run for IL state executive despite not meeting the state req'ts to run. I remember when all ya'll said this zombie was "dead" right before it "passed" in the Senate, so I'll beg your pardon if I don't dance about its demise.
