I cancelled my preorder after I found out on the pc version they are getting rid of public servers and making you pay to play

I'm definitely getting it, but probably not on day 1.
My internet at home is being flakey lately so it might be a little bit before I'm up on the multiplayer, but I'm on PSN as 'Airlok'. BTW: I stil owe you that beer I offered and haven't forgotten. I've had some sort of wonderfully fun cold or something for a bit now. |

FPS games do not work P2P, they need a central server. To many people with shit internet connections and shit computers to make it work. Vegas 2 is a fine example  I think I'm going to buy ARMA 2... looks pretty good. Another game I saw on Steam that looks fantastic is Shattered Horizon.. and it's only $20. |

Well, I gots it preordered, hardened edition (never played the original CoD) at the Northgate Gamestop. I will likely be at the midnight release, but that depends on whether I've secured gainful employment. Things look really good on one particular job that I will hear about tomorrow, and I may actually request as part of my hiring offer that they guarantee me 11.10.09 off :)
I'm IMA_JRK on the PSN if anyone wants to add me. I play CoD 4 and CoD 5 mostly, and I loves killing me some nazi zombies! |

No sales tax in Oregon. Not really worth the drive for those of us shackled to Seattle, but I've been known to buy spendy items in Portland while driving through to save on the tax (cameras, etc).
