It's all fun and games until one of them bites you and draws blood. Then it's time for the rabies shoots.

They gotta start giving you more hours so you can afford a hair cut. I'm thinkin about 1/8 off the top and 1/4 off the sides.

So did you tell Rocky you shot and ate Bullwinkle yet?

Those guys are really smart.  I watched a BBC show on squirrels where these folks had nothing better to do than to fuck with squirrels.  They would set up obstacle courses that the squirrels would have to negotiate to get the food.  These included tightropes, swinging pendulums, and other neat challenges.  Teach him to run a few of these.  Could be fun.

..or shoot him.

Squirrel can't climb out of a 5 gal bucket? 55 probably, 30 maybe but 5

The "vote to kill" line is paraphrased from one of the Duc d'Alencon's from The Messenger. After a particularly bad defeat Jeanne asks who voted to attack and her generals tell her that they all had agreed to attack. At that, Alencon says, "I knew it was a bad idea." When the others remind him that he, too, voted to attack he tells them, "I am Alencon, I always vote to attack, you should have known better.":

Red squirrels and shipmunks are native - I'd let 'em do their thing.

Gray Squirrles - not native - KILL THEM ALL - got 26 at my old house over the course of 2 years.

I'm sure somebody will prove me wrong about the whole native/non-native thing, but I'll still be gunnin for the gray's.

I was told by a wildlife vet that squirrels are not rabies carriers.

He could be wrong. So could I. Just thought I would throw that in the mix.

Nope! and now he has made a nest in a dead tree with a mate.
We have a bird feeder just off the back deck that the nutrats raid
every day and if you sit in a chair they come and check ya out.
They are ok for now but if I find anything chewed up by them they may turn into flying nutrats.
