Simple way is to drill holes in it vs. carving out a square hole
 It's easier but keeps more metal around.If you later really want the square hole, then just cut from hole to hold and trim with a dremel grinder  |

Thanks. I should've added that I have no tools to do any of this. I'd like to either pay a little bit to get this done or trade a new SureFire E1E for anyone's services

I am in Spanaway. Got a drill press and a mill. Just not sure exactly when I could do it. Maybe Wed or Thurs before noon. Or Monday any time.
