After 20 days of doom and gloom by the Dr.s, Little Jillian had her first milk today! It was only 1 CC, and most of her nutrients are still coming from an IV, but damn its good to take this little baby step(literally a LITTLE baby step). She handled it well, so every 6 hours now she'll get a little more. She's up to 2 pounds 15 ounces, but ALOT of that is extra fluids in her cells that are causing her to swell badly (can barely see her chin right now). They actually want her to loose weight right now due to the swelling. Still along way to go, but thought I'd share todays triumph with everybody.
