Tell me about it...I started to get a wee bit o sore throat on the trip home after class Monday night. I just wrote it off from desert dust and talking too much. Now, it's snowballed into a plethora of symptomatic goodness. No chunks yet, though. If I do that, you'll be able to hear it in Tierra Del Fuego!

Did any of you that are sick get a flu shot? Just curious how well they guessed the strain when making this year's mix.
I understand that the Urgent Care clinics were pretty full this past weekend with flu sufferers. Sounds like a really bad one. |

No, I never get one.. This is the time of year they start doing shots and from what I understand, it only helps once the flu-juice has been in your system for several weeks. Waste of time, money, and effort to get on to catch the flu the same week! |

This damn virus has been in our house for 3 weeks now. It keeps getting passed back and forth. Yesterday I got up at 3 w/Kooter when he was getting sick, this morning @ 2:30 I got up to let the dog out only to find my daughter didn't "quite" make it to the bathroom sometime during the night. Yep you got it, nice cold vomit squished between the toes....she tried to clean it up...but missed a spot.

Okay you all---hydrogen peroxide mixed 25% with 75% water, gargle twice a day and swab out the ears twice a day with same solution. Keep it out of your eyes, lest blindness occur.

Y'know those Airborne tablets they advertise on TV? They actually seem to work, at least they did for me a couple of weeks ago.

hey i wish i was in your guys place. i went to the dentist today and found out i need three root canals, four crowns, and five fillings. im getting the first root canal tomorrow. and all this three days before im scheduled to head out for deer season. good thing the doc has nitros.
