We might as well get this shit settled tonight too. I thought it was "Luger" too, and was going to congratulate you on being the first to spell it correctly. but Google thinks either Lugar or Luger is acceptable..... so now I need another beer. X19.... Parrabellum.... etc... |

Congrats! (I'll take your word for it). You win the entire WWW & internet, or an all expense paid trip to R-32s woodshed. Check you're mailbox daily, until one of them arrives. |

We um, don't um, talk about woodsheds around here. R32, might be offended. |
Your calculator is broke, or you're stuck |

I've seen R-32 in FULL-SWING.... I doubt he gets offended very easily. |

Hmmmm..... I guess by "My Top Five" I'd have to go by the number of rounds fired in the last year or so.
1) 9x19 (Luger-Parabellum-NATO) This went way up when I got my RRA 9mm AR. The only reason I shoot so much of this is the reasonable ammo cost. 2) 45ACP Number two by quite a bit but moved up the charts when I took the 1911 out for the Jeff Cooper wake and shot it until it gagged. 3) 22lr Every range session ends with a Ruger pistol competition. If you counted the rounds my daughters shoot it would be #1 in the list. 4) 5.56 NATO This moved up several places when I learned to bump at LCR a while back. 'Mo prices will probably drop it off the list next year. 5) 12ga (asst 2-3/4) Not normally something I shoot a lot but the Tromix Saiga is a hungry little Red and I've been feeding it. I can't believe that 44mag dropped off the list this year. I've been a 44 guy for a long time and I'll have to see if I can move it up. If I were to list my favorite cartridges instead of most often shot, the list would be a bit different... |
We're all hoping it's grower..... ETA, We may be brothers |
looking at it wrong....... .530 + .015= .545. my bore is .540. therefore.......... |
Somebody left a bunch of stale, room temperature, pisscorona here. So, I may be... But now you're making me do math .530 Ball .030 Patch (.015 both sides of the "rb") =.560 -.540 cal, leaves .020 "tension" doesn't it? (.006 ) Dunno where that came from... |

7.62x54r- First "real" rifle I fired was an M44.
7.62x39 - First rifle I owned was an WASR-10 5.56x45 - Without it, there would be no ARFCOM .45 ACP - Good stuff, not nearly as much recoil as people think. 12g - ^ Same. -REad |

Dude, you kinda hijacked your own thread! |
