Historical Military Antiques in Tillicum may have them, but you'll have to buy a whole case for $60+. Reasonably fresh, though.

Good suggestion about Joes. I guess I'm biased towards MREs since I'm familiar with them. I'm of the Pork Patty MRE Generation.
