That is after breaking in the barrel at "the pit" with trash bag ammo, walmart ammo and Wolf.

Next time out I'll clean the barrel.

You're shooting right at MOA. Not too bad, for an ol' hippy.

That's about $20.00 worth of that fancy stuff you shoot.

At 200 yds that is all very respectible.

I gotta admit the HSM is looking better than I thought it would be.

Can't say about the 5.56 but the 308 HSM did very poorly accuracy wise.

Strat, that was .223 HSM new manufacture ammo.
I think I can do better with it.

I sighted in the scope using Walmart ammo, I shot 12 rounds, then I shot 5 rounds of each type of ammo.

We ran some HSM 308 match through a savage tacticle bolt gun, and it did very poorly, however half the problem was the savage, it has a horrible trigger, i intend to run it through the Rem 700 next time i get a chance for a better idea of actual ammo performance.

We were on our way out to a mort range at Lewis, and had some of Canada's best from Princess Patricias Canadian Light Inf.  I stand up on the cattle car and point out the window..."Look at the Aircraft Carrier!"...They all damn near broke their necks.

I could have gotten you out of that one.

Hey, a booomer's deck is almost as big as that auxilary landing field over there on the island. Besides, they just bounce off of it anyway. They use what 10 feet of deck? Wouldn't want to be on the boat but it's doable. Once anyway.

Except for the TAP, I shoot the exact  same stuff with a 16-inch barrel.  Need to take pictures of the results next time though, keep forgetting the camera.
